Matthew Taylor works across two core lanes: commercial leasing and sales, and multifamily/residential leasing, based in Greenpoint with an expanding focus on investment property sales built on Matthew's owner relationships there, and a maintained presence in Red Hook's commercial market. On the commercial side, that means placing retail, restaurant, and industrial tenants and handling owner-side leasing strategy — from ground-floor retail corridors to manufacturing and flex space. On the residential side, the work includes tenant placement, lease negotiation, and building operations for private owners. A longtime Greenpoint resident, Matthew brings hands-on experience in property owner relationships and complex deal structuring across both markets.
